This is important, given who reads it. Nothing on lawserva.com is legal advice, and none of it creates a solicitor and client relationship. VYROX AI Sdn Bhd is a software company, not a law practice, and is not an advocate and solicitor.

This site refers to Malaysian legislation, rules, orders and Bar Council circulars, with dates, and those references were checked against sources current at the time of writing. Legislation changes, circulars are superseded, and rates and thresholds move. Before you rely on any statement here for your own practice, verify it against the current instrument. That is your professional responsibility and we do not take it on.

The same applies inside the software. Where LawServa refuses to compute a figure, it refuses precisely because a value it could not verify would be worse than no value. Where it does compute one, it is still your firm that is accountable for what goes on the bill and what goes in the diary.

The demonstrations

The interactive demonstrations run in your browser and use invented data. Names, matter numbers, balances, dates and firm names in them are fictional and any resemblance to a real person, firm or matter is coincidental.

The behaviour they show is what the software does, but a demonstration is a simplification. Do not use a demonstration on this site to calculate a real fee, a real tax figure or a real deadline.

Names of legislation, courts, regulators and other organisations are used descriptively. Their use does not imply any endorsement of LawServa by any of them, and none is claimed.

Availability and links

We try to keep the site available and accurate, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Where the site links out, including to WhatsApp, that destination is governed by its own terms, which we do not control.

To the extent Malaysian law allows, VYROX AI Sdn Bhd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability in respect of the software itself is dealt with in the subscription agreement, not here.
